Pictures for the Weekend: Drawring

Filed under: Family, Pictures for the Weekend — llcall @ 8:10 pm

If you follow me on Facebook, you know that my computer died tragically this morning.  It’s really throwing my day off.  Sigh.

But I didn’t want it throw your day off with no pictures, so here, my friends, is a family pic courtesy of Neal.

If you’re confused, the big, muscular guy in the middle is my brother, Chris, not Neal (although Neal is surprisingly strong for such a little guy).  And no, I can’t palm a basketball . . . that’s my amazingly talented sister-in-law Marisha.  The little princess is my first niece Ayda.  While I’m not exactly sure of the drawing’s original intent (he did it while my mom, Marisha, and I were out having a girls’ day this summer), I imagine it was to show that 1) Addison is Chris’ mini-me and 2) Addison can and will crush Baby Evie if given the opportunity (especially since Evie apparently has no limbs . . . not really a fair fight, is it?).

  2. Also, apparently depictions of young girls and babies don’t necessitate any hair!

    • In Neal’s defense, Addison, Evie, and my brother are all basically hairless 🙂

  3. Okay it is gonna drive me crazy how do you pronounce Ayda?

    Comment by Emily Larkin — September 24, 2010 @ 9:59 pm

    • Ayda is pronounced just like the old-fashioned Ada (like Aid-a)…they just decided to add a twist with a Y.

  4. For now Addison has the edge but just wait until we’ve begun Evie’s MMA training…oh yeah, and also until her arms grow in! 🙂
